Friday May 17th:

5 Course Burgundy Wine Dinner: $500.00 per person ++

Time: 7:00pm

The Cistercian monks were the founders of this storied vineyard that dates back to 1130 when they received offerings of vines from the powerful Duke of Burgundy. Today Domaine du Cellier Aux Moines “The Cellar of the Monks”, has received considerable praise from the French press. Owner Philippe Pascal, who purchased the property in 2004, will be at Galley Beach to discuss both the history of the Domaine and its exceptional wine. These wines are fairly new to the state of Massachusetts allowing you to be one of the first to experience the high quality of the wine. Galley Beach chef Scott Osif has recently returned from exploratory trips to both Japan and Portugal where he gathered inspiration from these culinary cultures. You may notice glimpses of those influences on the 5 course menu.
